How was the weekend?
Mine was a great time for sure! I was able to catch up on some shopping. laundry, and cooking! The basics of life that I sometimes run out of time to do!
Shout to the homie Cesar who invited me to his familes BBQ on Saturday evening. I had some GREAT home cooked Mexican food, some good laughs, and met some new people. Good times!
Last night I felt like being mature (um or immature depending on how you look at it) and carve a pumpkin! Im not a fan of the carving part, more so a fan of baking the seeds...so I handled that part of the operation haha!
Apparently over the weekend, the newly single CHRISTINA AGUILERA let lose!

Life & Style is reporting that Christina Aguilera went on a drinking bender in Hawaii last week until things got a little scary.
The newly single pop star reportedly partied hard every single night while vacationing on the tropical island, but things got out of control after having dinner at Motimoto Waikiki. Xtina was so ?wasted, she didn?t even make it to dessert before having to be carried out of the restaurant because she was so drunk.?
Oh, gurl, no. This is not the kind of behavior you should be displaying.
Sure, you?re a single gal now and you?re free to have fun, but don?t forget about your little bb Max back home. He needs a sober momma who will be a good role model for him!

So yesterday I had the opportunity to meet Kanye West and hear him speak about his new project "Runaway". Everyone has their own thoughts of Kanye from "talented" to "cocky" to "different". After hearing his speach, I'd say that all 3 thoughts still hold true on him. However I would also add PASSIONATE. His thoughts on life and music show his passion for bringing it all to the next level. Needless to say, it was a cool experience!
I thought my fantasy football teams were going to go 2 and 0 this week...well until Monday Night Football changed all that! GRRRR. Time to rethink this up coming weeks games! lol!

How was the weekend?
Mine was great and will be even BETTER if my fantasy football teams finish strong tonight :-) I think ill be 2-0 this week all going well haha!
Saturday I saw Maroon 5 and One Republic perform at Viejas Arena over at SDSU IN San Diego. Not gunna lie, that show was AWESOME!! It's always great to see talented artists up close performing like that.
Speaking about talented artists, JUSTIN BIEBER got himself into some trouble...although it seems its a case of someone trying to make a quick buck off of him.
According to blogger ZACH TAYLOR who first reported the story:
Police are investigating 16-year-old Justin Bieber for allegedly assaulting a 12-year-old boy at Planet Lazer in Richmond, British Columbia the other night!!
---Supposedly, Justin and child got into an altercation while playing laser tag, that resulted in Justin "pushing" the boy - A staff member at Planet Lazer, who wishes to remain anonymous, gave ZackTaylor.ca this exclusive statement on what exactly happened:
"The 12-year-old kid was surrounding Justin in the corner with his other little friends and shooting him during the game with their laser guns. Justin did what any other person would do during a laser tag game, and was just trying to get away from getting shot at and accidentally hit the kid while running away. The kid's sister said he started crying because he was hit hard, but when we saw the boy there was no marks or anything. Justin stuck around after in the lobby explaining what happened, when the kids dad decided to call the police. On a side note: Justin used the nickname, JOE DIRT, while playing laser tag."
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Richmond confirm that the boy sustained minimal injuries and did not require any medical attention at the time.---

Whats up for the weekend? Tonight Im excited to hang out after work with some friends!
Saturday Im probally going to check out some of the haunted halloween attractions around the city! Should be pretty cool!! Normally I dont get much of a chance to do any of that during the week when Im working...so im pumped to check them out.
Have you carved a pumpkin yet? I really need to do one this year..I don't think that there is an age limit for how old you can be to make one..right? hahaha!

Anyone else having an issue finding new clothes for fall? I know I sound like a chick when I say this, but MAN I CANNOT FIND ANY NEW CLOTHES. I hit the mall today and came away with NOTHING! It also seems that any shirt I liked, they don't have size LARGE. Wonderful! haha! Ah the stresses of trying to have some style.
Both of my fantasy football teams won this past weekend! That made me happy. I honestly don't have enough time in my week to keep a close eye on the teams, so when I keep pullnig off wins...it feels pretty good!
Im thinking this weekend I need to find a pumpkin and carve it soon. Have you carved one yet? I think that no matter how old you are, you can always carve a pumpkin...right....RIGHT???

This weekend was a blast! My close friend Joey Brooks was in town! He pretty much was the one that got me started in radio. We did it up pretty much every where. I appologize if he said anything rude to you, he didn't mean it...haha.

So my homeboy Joey Brooks is coming to visit with his wife Thursday and Friday! He is the one that really helped me get going in this crazy buisness called RADIO. I haven't seen him in 2 years so Im excited! The only thing that isn't exciting, is the fact I haven't cleaned my house up in a bout 2 months...so the scrubbing begins! haha! Definitely is a good "recharge" though when old friends come visit. Gunna be a good time!

OK so Im trying to get better at waking up early! Sometimes I feel like waste the day away when I sleep in too late. You ever feel that way? So now Im trying to get up by 9am, go to the gym, clean, etc! The only frustrating thing is the fact that I get tired way to early!! Im hoping that I can adjust to that schedule in time tho...haha!
Im looking forward to the weekend. My buddy Louis James is having a bday party at Prospect Bar on Friday night and saturday I might try to find a cool spot to do a brunch at Saturday!

How was your weekend? Mine was a BLAST!
Satruday night I did a little "staycation"! I figure we live in this awesome city called PHOENIX why not make a mini vaca once in a while! One of my co-workers had a "congrats" party for a recent promotion. It was fun to get everyone together and enjoy the night!
Sunday was filled watching LOTS of football!!!

Anyone else feel like this week FLEW by?? The busier I get, the faster time moves haha! Whats up for the weekend? I actually booked a hotel downtown to make a mini "stay-cation". I figure if Im unable to go on a real vacation because of my schedule, I should take advantage of the awesome city I get to live in :-)
Today I was surprised by people at work! For the first time ever, my office has my name sign on it!! Check it out, makin' momma proud!
