Personality Bio
I'm originally from Des Moines, Iowa. I spent some time at Grand View College in Des Moines were my major was "Pool playing" with a minor in "not going to class". Radio came naturally to me. So much so that I wondered why I was wasting time learning about the very thing I was already good at (whatta genius). In 1996, I decided to move to Phoenix and pursue my radio career. Armed without a degree, I was hired at KKFR part time and worked my way up to overnights. Then in 2000, I took my delectible talent back to the midwest as the afternoon drive guy at WJFX in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After two winters, I realized that I didn't miss it and moved back to Phoenix. That's when I was hired here at 1047 Kiss Fm in 2002.
In the midst of all of that, God has blessed me with two children. A girl and a boy. Guess what else. I was single for two years, and now I'm not! But don't worry ladies, I have a 19 year old brother that might be single! I'm an Arizona Cardinal fan, chocolate fiend. Hit me up whenever you want. God Bless!!
 I got photography skillz.
My daughter. Isn't she pretty? Can I tell you a secret? There's a security team that follows her everywhere. They have lots of fire power, just so you know.
My son is in a New York state of mind...

LAURYN HILL SURPRISES NEW YORK CROWD
Tuesday 08-14-2007 11:05pm MT
According to Launch Raadio Networks:Lauryn Hill continues to surprise fans with her string of lives concerts this summer. Earlier this week, she showed up more than two hours late for a free show at Brooklyn's Wingate Field in New York City. Nearly 10,000 fans came out for what turned out to be a two-hour performance. Hill sang most of her popular solo and Fugees hits, but MTV.com reports that they she "often reconfigured them into unrecognizable scat chants." Hill tossed some reggae into her set, doing some Bob Marley covers.
Although her voice was hoarse throughout some of the show, reports say it improved as time went on. She did a cover of the 1960s Shirelles classic "Will You Love Me Tomorrow," before winding down the concert with her Grammy-winning "Doo Wop (That Thing)."
- And she was definitely overdressed for the humid night, wearing a heavy long-sleeved shirt and wide-leg pants.
- Hill plans to release her first studio album in nearly ten years this October.
BEANIE SIGEL HOOKS UP WITH R. KELLY According to Launch Radio Networks: Philadelphia-based rapper Beanie Sigel was able to recruit an unlikely guest to appear on his forthcoming album, The Solution. MTV.com reports that Sigel hooked up with R. Kelly for the lead single, "All of the Above." The collaboration was unlikely because Sigel is signed to Roc-A-Fella Records, and Kelly and Roc-A-Fella CEO Jay-Z fell out a few years ago during their Best of Both Worlds tour, which resulted in a series of multi-million dollar lawsuits.
- Sigel said, "Yeah, me and Kells....It's crazy. 'All of the Above' (means) everything. Anything that people try to portray (us as), we all of the above......I ain't even know if he was gonna do it. I told him I got this record -- 'cause you know the situation with Jay and him. ... I was like, 'If dude gets on this record, it'll be crazy.' So I sent it out to him, got the response he was gonna do it. (Kelly) knocked it out, he sent it back in like three days."
- So far The Solution features collaborations with Lil Wayne, Raheem Devaughn and Scarface but the rapper isn't done recording yet. Sigel said, "I could be done now, but ... what's the setup? They don't have a marketing plan. Until they come up with it, I'm gonna keep recording. We was going to be done, then I kept recording and got the R. Kelly record. I feel whenever I do decide to put the album out, it's gonna do what it's gonna do. I never had no setup, they never gave me no big campaign. I'm not gonna rush this. I have records."
SEAN KINGSTON TOPS THE CHARTS Friday 08-10-2007 10:11am CT According to Launch Radio Networks:
Sean Kingston's "Beautiful Girls" has just entered its second week atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The reggae track from the 17-year-old's self-titled debut album isn't his only song on the charts, however: "Me Love" debuted on the Hot 100 at Number 28, the first time any artist has had a double entry since Beyonce's "Irreplaceable" and "Listen" shared the charts in January.
- Sean Kingston debuted at Number Six on the Billboard 200 chart on Wednesday (August 8th).
WHITNEY HOUSTON AND BOBBY BROWN SPOTTED TOGETHER According to Launch Radio Networks:Are Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown an item again? TMZ cameras caught the divorced pair dining together at Joe's Crab Shack in Alpharetta, Georgia. Restaurant staff said Houston and Brown looked like they were having a good time. And TMZ speculates that their puffy eyes suggests that they may have been stoned. Both Houston and Brown have struggled with substance abuse in the past.
- They finalized their divorce in April, and since then, Brown has been spotted hanging with music video star, Karrine "Superhead" Steffans, while Houston was spending time with R&B singer Ray J.
- Houston celebrated her 44th birthday yesterday (Thursday, August 9th).
- Meanwhile, progress continues to be made on Houston's comeback album. FoxNews.com reported in July that she finished a third track for the set, and everyone at J Records is happy with the results. She's reportedly working with Akon, R. Kelly, Jermaine Dupri, Diane Warren, and Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds on some of the material

FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. (AP) -- WWE wrestler Chris Benoit, his wife and son were found dead Monday and police said they were investigating the deaths as a homicide. Lt. Tommy Pope of the Fayette County Sheriff's Department said the three were found at their home about 2:30 p.m., but refused to release details. Pope said results of autopsies on Benoit, his wife Nancy, and 7-year-old son Daniel were expected Tuesday. Benoit, 40, was a former world heavyweight champion, Intercontinental champion and held several tag-team titles over his career. "WWE extends its sincerest thoughts and prayers to the Benoit family's relatives and loved ones in this time of tragedy," the federation said in a statement on its Web site. Benoit was scheduled to perform at the "Vengeance" pay-per-view event Sunday night in Houston, but was replaced at the last minute because of what announcer Jim Ross called "personal reasons." Benoit, a Canadian native, maintained a home in metro Atlanta from the time he wrestled for the defunct World Championship Wrestling. The WWE canceled its live "Monday Night RAW" card in Corpus Christi, Texas, and USA Network aired a three-hour tribute to Benoit in place of the scheduled wrestling telecast.
